Guatemalan Mustangs

The Fuerza Aérea Guatemalteca (FAG) was the first Mustang user in Central America, the first models being bought clandinestinely in 1954. Some thirty aircraft at least were bought, some having been purchased from Israel and equipped four composite squadrons until 1972. They were used for a while in the "Los Quetzales" aerobatics patrol.
